This round focuses on evaluating the candidate’s expertise in product management, especially in credit and fintech. You will be tested on your understanding of financial products, rural markets, and product strategy.

• Ability to integrate product and business goals

Description of the round

This round assesses your ability to collaborate with diverse teams across product, engineering, design, and marketing to drive product success.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Influence without authority

Decision on candidates

The deciding factor will be the balance of expertise, collaboration ability, and alignment with BharatMandi’s mission. A “3” rating in more rounds signals a debrief; “4” means selection if no disqualifying factors arise.
